Refund Policy

Here are our guidelines on refunds. The earlier you can inform our team of issues, the better.

• If you cancel more than 15 days before the tour date, you will receive a full refund, including the deposit.
• If you cancel within 15 days of the tour date, we will keep the deposit but refund the balance amount to you.
• Cancellations on the actual tour date result in no refund; We will keep 100% of the payment (plus deposit).
