Cost

Prices vary by month, and we usually share pricing at least 45 days before your tour dates.

(e.g. For example, can start asking about August prices after mid-June).

We have many tour requests in the summer and for year-end holidays. Pricing is usually highest for weekends. And during Malaysian and Singaporean public holidays and school holidays.

We don’t offer all-inclusive packages. Our popular day tours start from Ipoh to Cameron Highlands.

These private tours have customizable itineraries. If you have places you want to visit (or skip), let your respective guide know and he will adjust the route accordingly.

Typical tour hours begin at 8.30am (pickups are from Ipoh only). The tours will end around 6pm. Again, this may be earlier or later depending on weather and traffic.

We include:

  • a comfortable vehicle plus relevant transport fees
  • insight of an experienced guide (our guides are from Perak)
  • pick up in Ipoh
  • drop off in Ipoh (or in Cameron Highlands*)

*applicable for Ipoh to Cameron Highlands day trips

We do not include the cost of your meals, accommodation, or applicable entrance fees in our pricing.

Moreover, we will charge overnight fees to cover our guide’s accommodation if they must stay overnight out of Perak.

Note: Our tours do not cover jungle trails or the mossy forest.

We do not charge by hour. Our charges are by day. But we are usually willing to negotiate prices if your tour dates are not within during peak season.

Group Tours

Most of our tours fall between 3 to 10 pax. We have also done tours for solo travelers. If you have an unusually large group size, please contact us on WhatsApp.

No, we do not offer mixed group or shared tours. All our tours are private tours.

Payment Methods

We require booking deposits via bank transfer (either Singaporean or Malaysian bank accounts). Alternatively, we have a PayPal account.

Balance payment is by cash or via bank transfer.

Note: We will charge extra to cover PayPal fees if you decide to use PayPal.

Refunds

Refunds are available if you inform us at least 15 days before your scheduled tour date. For more details, here is our refund policy.

If you wish to reschedule your tour, kindly notify us of your preferred date as soon as possible.

We will verify availability with our team and revert. Additional fees may be charged depending on our resource availability for the requested dates.

Other Questions

Wear comfortable shoes suitable for all-day walking. And because you’ll be outdoors most of the time, wear a hat, sunscreen, and mosquito repellent.

While bottled water may be given during the tours, we highly encourage our customers to bring their own bottles to be environmentally friendly.

Our guides keep spare umbrellas in their vehicles in case of rain.

Do give us your language preference (e.g., English, Tamil, Malay, Hokkien, Cantonese and Mandarin) during the booking process.

Note: English/Chinese-speaking guides are especially popular.

We only have a few baby car seats that we can rent to you. But for optimum sizing, it is best that you bring your own.

Besides commercial tour vans, we have Perodua Alza, Toyota Innova, Toyota Alphard, and Toyota Vellfire. If you have a particular vehicle model in mind, let us know during the booking process.
